System Restore - $175
Restore operating system, install latest security updates. Install PC drivers. Restore data by request. Restore operating system discs must be provided or PC must have recovery partition.
Hard Drive Recovery - starting at $199
Assess your hard drive to determine if data can be recovered. If we can, we will transfer all uncorrupted data to CD/DVDs. (Transfer to a new hard drive available for additional fee). Remote Desktop Services - $75 / hour + $15 remote-in fee
Troubleshoot software issues such as software installs, driver updates, browser settings, email/outlook issues, etc.
Quick Fix - $35
Any hardware or software issued resolved quickly up to 30 minutes in-shop or over the phone tech support.
